Fleck S/O Whip w/Flapper End in 2 Lengths

Special order!!! From requests of several trainers, this whip was made just for our shop! From Fleck of Germany, it is firm at handle end (leather grip w/button end), and whippy at flap/lash end. The end is a 2-pc flapper, which is more "bark than bite"! Makes a little more sound when used, but is not harsh at all! We also stocked it in legal 120cm and training 140cm lengths!

The cost of shipping whips has literally doubled in the last year-the avg charge is 24.00.  So, I am charging a straight 16.00 and will refund any overcharges, if there are any :0(
