How do I know what size to order?

If you are unsure which size to order, please reference our size guides. Since each brand and style varies slightly, please make sure to read the product specification and description before placing your order. If you need further guidance or would like to arrange a fitting appointment, please  contact us.

 

How do I know my payment information and order is secure?

We aim to serve our customers and protect your privacy. We will not share information we collect from consumers to any third parties or credit reporting agencies without your consent. We also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit cards for online orders. Personal checks and cash will be accepted for purchases at the mobile store. For online orders you will receive an email notification when your order is completed.

 

What is the best way to clean the products?

Most of our items can be hand washed or washed with cold water, on delicate. Please follow the instructions included on the tag inside each item. A few of our favorite tips and tricks are also included below for your reference. If your product doesn’t have a tag or you are confused by the instructions on the item, please contact us.

Tips for Breeches: DO NOT tumble dry, dry clean or iron breeches under any circumstances. DO use 1 teaspoon of white vinegar in the wash cycle the first time you wash your breeches to help set the dye. Also, turn your breeches inside out before each wash to prevent fading. Immediately remove breeches from the washer, remove excess water and hang to dry.

Tips for Show Coats & Waistcoats: DO NOT tumble dry or expose to sunlight or direct heat. Items made with synthetic materials may be hand-washed or washed on delicate at a cold temperature using a mild detergent. Items should be immediately removed from the washer and reshaped on a hanger, then allowed to drip dry. Wool items need to be dry cleaned. If ironing is needed, use low heat and a barrier cloth to protect the fabric from damage.

Tips for Show Pads & Horse Boots: Follow manufactures washing instructions and use Castile soap to spot wash as needed.

Tips for Leather Items & Tack: When cleaning your tack, use your regular leather favorite cleaner but avoid getting it on adorned browbands or collars. In delicate areas where there are stones and crystals, just use warm water and a soft toothbrush to clean the item when necessary.

 

When will my item ship?

All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS within one day your order. Our standard delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 5-10 business days. Custom orders vary depending on the product specifications. Tracking numbers and rush orders are available upon request. Rush orders are not available on all products and may require an additional fee. Please contact us for further information and pricing.

 

What is your return policy?

For in-stock items: All merchandise is guaranteed to be new, and to match the brand and description listed on our site. All return items must be approved by our team - do not return without prior approval. Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis with prepaid shipping. No merchandise will be shipped until sufficient time has been allowed for payment processing.

For custom orders: We guarantee all our custom clothing and reserve the right to determine whether sizing errors are due to our mistake or the customer's inaccurate measurements. If an error is the result of our mistake, we will alter or remake the garment for you at our cost if we are notified within 10 business days following the product delivery. If the error is a result of the customer's inaccurate measurements, we will remake or alter the garment for an additional fee. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate measurements given when placing and order. Please make sure to verify your measurements before submitting an order. We reserve the right to determine whether alterations are needed due to normal circumstances or due to inaccurate measurements. Please contact us for further information and pricing. Note: No returns on closeout items - all sales on closeout items are final.

 

Do you have a product warranty?

We stand behind our products. If you experience a problem with your product within one year of the purchase date, we will repair your product at no charge (excluding shipping costs). If after the one-year period you are in need of repair, we will continue to support you by offering you repair services on a fee basis.

 

How do I opt out of your emails/newsletters/etc.?

If you no longer want to receive communications from us, please contact us with a request to opt out.
